Handmade chocolate and vanilla cupcakes

Gracie-Rose Bakery makes corporate cupcakes and office tray bakes by hand in Bromsgrove, for businesses across north Worcestershire and south Birmingham. Whether it’s a tray of brownies for Monday’s meeting, a thank-you for the team or a box of cupcakes for a client, everything is made to order and finished by hand. I’m Natalie, and I started Gracie-Rose Bakery in 2011. I think ordering cake for the office should be as easy as eating it, so this page sets out exactly how it works: you ask for a quote, we agree the details, we deliver to your office and we can invoice your company. When you’re ready, send us an enquiry.

Who we bake for

  • Office managers and PAs looking after the team’s treats and the meeting table
  • HR and people teams planning staff appreciation, welcome days and thank-yous
  • Business owners and account teams sending client gifts, at Christmas or after a project
  • Anyone organising an office celebration: a milestone, a retirement or a farewell

Whether you’re a small team on Buntsford Gate or Saxon Business Park, or a larger office in Redditch or south Birmingham, the process is the same.

Office tray bakes for meetings and staff treats

Tray bakes are the easiest way to feed a room. There’s no cake to slice in the middle of a meeting, no plates to find, and a mixed tray gives everyone a choice. They suit a morning briefing, a training day, a long afternoon of interviews or a Friday thank-you, and they look just as at home on the kitchen counter as on the boardroom table. Every tray is baked by hand at our bakery in Bromsgrove and cut into generous squares, ready to share.

Brownies, blondies and rocky road by the tray

Rich chocolate brownies with a crackled top and a dense, fudgy middle. Golden blondies studded with chocolate. Rocky road for crunch and chew. Choose one kind or mix them across your trays, and tell us if the office has a favourite. To see everything else we bake, see our cake menu.

Corporate cupcakes for your team and clients

Cupcakes bring a sense of occasion to the working day. Each one is finished by hand, they’re easy to hand round, and nobody needs a knife or a plate, so they suit a team celebration, a welcome for new starters or a box on a client’s desk. We’ll talk through flavours and finishes with you so they feel right for the moment. If you’d rather have a whole cake at the centre of the table, we also make round cakes for office celebrations.

Logo & Branded Cupcakes

Logo and branded cupcakes put your business on the table, for an anniversary, a new office, a client visit or a thank-you to the team. I make logo toppers, so your logo sits on top of the cupcakes, ready for the meeting room, the reception desk or a team photo. Tell us about your logo and the occasion when you get in touch, and we’ll talk through the details.

Staff appreciation and thank-you treats

A tray of brownies says thank you in a way an email can’t. Staff treats are a simple way to mark the end of a busy project, a good quarter, the first week back in January or an awareness day the team cares about. They work as well for a shift team as for an open-plan office: set them out in the kitchen and let people help themselves. Everything is handmade, so it feels like a proper thank-you rather than a box from the supermarket. If you’re planning staff appreciation across the year, tell us the dates you have in mind and we’ll help you plan ahead.

Client gifts and Christmas orders

A box of handmade cupcakes or brownies makes a thoughtful client gift: personal, local and properly good to eat. Christmas is the busiest time of year for client gifts and staff treats alike, so if you’re thinking about December, please get in touch early. The last order date for Christmas 2026 is Friday 18 December. Christmas is also a good moment for staff appreciation: a tray or two for the office party, or for the last day before the break, is an easy way to thank the team for the year.

Where we deliver: Bromsgrove, Redditch, Worcestershire and Birmingham

We deliver to offices within about 15 miles of our bakery at Unit 2, 338 Alcester Rd, Bromsgrove. That takes in Bromsgrove’s business parks, including Buntsford Gate and Saxon Business Park, as well as Redditch, south Birmingham and much of north Worcestershire. If your office is further afield in Worcestershire, Birmingham or the West Midlands, please enquire, and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your date.

How to order

There’s no online shop and no checkout. Every corporate order starts with an enquiry and a clear quote, so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is confirmed.

01

Send us an enquiry.

Tell us the date, roughly how many people, which bakes you’d like, where your office is and any dietary needs. If you’d like logo cupcakes, mention it here.

02

Ask for a quote.

We’ll come back to you with a quote based on your numbers and finish. There are no prices on this page because every order is different. The minimum order is two round cakes or two tray bakes.

03

Confirm the details.

Once you’re happy with the quote, we confirm the date, the bakes and the delivery address. We need 2 days’ notice, so a meeting on Thursday can be planned on Tuesday.

04

Baked, delivered and invoiced.

Everything is baked by hand in Bromsgrove and delivered to your office, and we can invoice your company.

Call 07801 999915 or email natalie@gracie-rose.com, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, or send us an enquiry.

Dietary needs and allergens

If anyone on your team or your client list has an allergy or a dietary need, please tell us in your first message, so we can talk it through before anything is confirmed. Allergen information is sent to you before delivery.
